To have your image printed simply send it as a JPEG, or WORD (prefered) or PDF document to our email missbonbon@xtra.co.nz and collect it in store.

Most of the time we can print within 30 minutes. Last minute? No problem! We advise giving us a call to confirm your order if it is short notice so we know it's there in case I'm not at the computer 09 827 3110.

Please do your best to have your file ready to print, as I am not a technical IT person or graphic designer or a computer whiz at all (and the $15 does not cover such a service) so we don't add lettering etc or make your image into multiple images on the sheet for cup cakes etc. Your document needs to be as you want it printed please. :- )

We also print for "burn cakes" with the top layer being wafer paper and the bottom is our normail icing sheet, so let us know in your email which image is for the top or bottom layer.

We do NOT print A3, only A4.

REQUIREMENTS:

Email your document as a word, jpeg or PDF file.

The sheet has a plastic strip to pull the sheet through the printer so please allow a cm at the top and bottom of the document and a bit less on the sides (portrait orientation), for best results to make sure your image all fits within the page. The printable area is just a wee bit smaller than normal A4 sizing (I don't mind checking it for you in print preview first : -)

Some colours have a better results than others, lavender and purple shades and dark pinks can differ slighty.

Unfortunately we can not help that sometimes black can be transferred from the printer rollers and track very tiny thin lines over pale shades/images/spaces on the document after picking up the black ink.

And yes you can just cut images out with scissors : -)

Do NOT store images in the fridge.

Images last for a long time once printed so having it done in advance is not a problem. ( e.g. the week before is fine)

We can arrange shipping of images, you can order this way on the SUGAR FLOWER SHOP TAB, find the edible images option and email your image through stating clearly that it is for the delivery so we know to match it up to the website order, standard delivery is $13.50. (non rural) for rural you can request a quote. Shipping is NOT an overnight service so we recommend allowing plenty of time :)
